Job summary

The OccuNet Company is seeking a Member Benefits Advocate to support the Fairos+ line. This on‑site role (Amarillo) also allows remote work from Lubbock, Dallas, OKC, Tulsa, ABQ, Las Vegas, with a focus on delivering high‑quality assistance to health plan members and providers.

Responsibilities include quoting benefits, resolving inquiries, and guiding members through their healthcare journey with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or in a call center environment.
• 1+ years of experience interpreting and explaining health plan benefits to members and providers.
• Strong understanding of benefit interpretation, including coverage, eligibility, and plan limitations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone, chat, and email inquiries for the Fairos+ line, quoting benefits and answering questions.
• Assist providers and members with eligibility verification, benefits quotation, and claim status inquiries.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve billing and access issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all member interactions and documentation.
• Proactively identify member needs and offer solutions to improve the member experience.
• Participate in meetings and training to stay up‑to‑date with job roles and responsibilities.
