Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in banking, customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cross-sell products while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts, retirement accounts, loans and credit cards; educate members on products.
• Process transactions, assist with ATM, Online/Mobile Banking, cards, wires, and fraud resolution.
• Outreach to educate members on new offerings and onboard new members in first 90 days.
• Explain eligibility and participate in SFCU sponsored activities.
• Assist testing of new features and educate members about additional services.
• Manage vault, cash and audit functions as needed, and perform teller duties when required.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.
