Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members' entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow.

Additional Responsibilities

Ensure club pick-up orders are filled, notify members of delays, inform about out-of-stock items, offer alternatives, and ensure items are correctly packaged and dispensed. Resolve member issues, promote products and services, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Assist members with purchasing decisions, transactions, and transporting items, and organize merchandise and carts.

Compensation
