Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for maintaining a well-kept parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are available. You will also help members load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience, standing on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

Additional Duties

Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled, notify members of delays, inform them of out-of-stock items, offer alternatives, and assist with loading vehicles. Maintain safety standards, process transactions, organize merchandise, and promote products and services. Follow company policies and collaborate effectively with team members. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the facility.
