In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for maintaining a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are available, assisting with loading vehicles, and creating a great member experience. You will be on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

Additional Duties

Ensure club pickup orders are filled, notify members of delays, inform about out-of-stock items, offer alternatives, and resolve issues. Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps and reporting hazards. Assist members with transactions, organizing merchandise, and transporting items. Follow company policies and collaborate with team members. Complete work efficiently and adapt to feedback.
