Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow.

What you'll do

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by notifying members of delays, informing about out-of-stock items, offering alternatives, and ensuring items are packaged correctly.
• Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, organizing merchandise, and promoting products and services.
• Ensure carts and flatbeds are available and assist members with transporting items.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics, and participate in continuous improvement.
