Member Assist Cart Attendant

Join Sam’s Club as a Member Assist Cart Attendant.

Base Pay Range

$19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Overview

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In this role you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, and assisting members with loading their vehicles to support a great member experience. You will be constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

Additional duties include:

• Ensuring club pickup orders are filled and members are notified of delays or unavailable items
• Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
• Providing member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, processing payments, and using cash registers
• Organizing and maintaining carts/flatbeds and assisting members with transporting items
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity through the Open Door Policy
• Managing work assignments, collaborating with managers, and recommending improvements
