Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members' entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. You must be on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

Additional Duties

Ensure club pickup orders are filled, notify members of delays, inform about out-of-stock items, offer alternatives, and resolve issues. Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions. Assist members with purchases, process transactions, locate merchandise, and keep the area organized. Promote company products and services, and ensure carts and parking lot are clean and available.

Wage Range

The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual wage will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the location. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
