Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members' entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow.

Additional Responsibilities

Ensure club pickup orders are filled, notify members of delays, inform about out-of-stock items, offer alternatives, and resolve member issues. Maintain safety standards by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions. Assist members with purchasing, payments, locating merchandise, and transporting items. Follow company policies, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changes.
