Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members' shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression. As a member assist – cart attendant, you will ensure a well-kept parking lot, assist members with their purchases, and make carts available. You will also help load vehicles and support creating a great member experience, which requires being on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

Additional Responsibilities

Assist with club pickup orders, notify members of delays, offer alternatives, ensure proper packaging, resolve issues, promote products and services, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Ensure safety by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise properly, and reporting hazards. Assist members with purchasing decisions, process transactions, organize merchandise, and maintain carts and parking lot cleanliness.

Follow company policies, standards of ethics, and utilize open communication channels. Complete work efficiently, collaborate with team members, and seek continuous improvement.
