Additional Duties

Ensure club pickup orders are filled, inform members of delays or unavailability, offer alternatives, and resolve issues. Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps and reporting hazards. Assist members with transactions, organize merchandise, and promote products and services. Follow company policies and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
