As a member assist – cart attendant, you will ensure a well-kept parking lot, assist members with their purchases, and ensure carts are available. You will also help load vehicles and support creating a great member experience, standing on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

Responsibilities

• Fill club pickup orders, notify members of delays, offer alternatives, and ensure proper packaging and dispensation
• Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps and reporting hazards
• Assist members with purchases, payments, and transporting items, while promoting products and services
• Organize merchandise and carts, and keep parking lot clean
• Follow policies, procedures, and ethical standards
• Complete work efficiently, communicate progress, and adapt to feedback
