Position Summary

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow.

Additional Duties

Ensures club pickup orders are filled, contacts members about delays, informs about out-of-stock items, offers alternatives, and ensures products are prepared according to policies. Resolves member issues, promotes products and services, maintains safety, and organizes merchandise and carts.
