Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Filling club pick-up orders, notifying members of delays, and offering alternatives
• Maintaining safety by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions
• Assisting members with purchasing decisions, processing transactions, and organizing merchandise

• Organizing and maintaining carts and parking lot cleanliness

Walmart offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and other benefits. The hourly wage range is $16.00 to $23.00, with actual pay based on skills and experience. Additional premiums may apply under certain circumstances.
