Position Summary

In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine. Key Responsibilities

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options when needed, ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies, and ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup. Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes the company's products and services. Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, assisting with payments, using cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, and maintaining cart availability. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
