Suncoast Credit Union is seeking a Branch Customer Representative (Member Advocate) to provide courteous and accurate teller services while promoting Suncoast products. The role emphasizes confidentiality, member relationship-building, and competency growth within branch locations in Florida.

Primary duties include greeting members, processing transactions, and advising on financial solutions to improve members’ financial lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience with a financial institution or similar customer-service role; degree substitution allowed.
• Strong math, balance cash drawer, verify figures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with excellent service at the branch.
• Explain Suncoast products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Process teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, money orders.
• Verify IDs, endorsements, and account documentation; ensure accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain balancing records at end of day.
• Assist with ATM, night drop, coin machine, and CDM operations.
