Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
• Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and materials science.
• Ability to learn new technologies and interpret data clearly.
• Experience designing experiments and applying engineering principles.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with problem-solving and performance improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee melting and delivery system processes for production lines.
• Maintain process control and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Solve process issues through data analysis and collaboration with SMEs.
• Build understanding of key process steps using engineering principles.
• Recommend and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
• Develop and update engineering documentation to maintain ISO compliance.
• Provide training for operations on process or equipment changes.
• Collaborate with teams to meet manufacturing goals.
• Prioritize safety in all activities.
