Zeus Industrial Products is seeking a Melt Operator to run extrusion equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product quality. You will set up, monitor, and document processes, while following safety rules and maintaining a clean work area.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to read setup instructions, and basic math for dimensional checks. Opportunity to join a leading polymer company with strong benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and reach 72 inches.
• Ability to visually inspect for cosmetic defects and color differentiation.
• Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, decimals).

Responsabilidades

• Extrudes fluorocarbon resins and sets up equipment using provided setup cards.
• Cleans melt tooling and reassembles extruders.
• Keeps accurate records and documents work.
• Displays safe work practices and maintains a clean workspace.
• Labels and prepares orders for shipping.
• Operates computer equipment as needed.
