Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure product integrity during its stay at the distribution center, from receiving through movement and storage to final store shipment.
• Handle all products appropriately, adhering to quality and temperature standards.
• Maintain accuracy in order and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with truck drivers and unloaders during receiving and shipping of Fresh and Frozen foods.
• Maintain quality and temperature standards during transfer and storage.
• Follow inventory control practices to meet Meijer standards.
• Complete receiving, order, and shipping processes accurately.
• Maintain sanitation standards within the facility.
• Practice 200% safety accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer and technology skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful.
• Excellent attendance and work record.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective work relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
