Job Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining product integrity during its stay at the distribution center, from receiving through movement and storage within the warehouse, to final store shipment. Ensures all products are handled appropriately, adhering to quality and temperature standards.

What You'll be Doing:

• Ensuring order and inventory accuracy through established processes.
• Collaborating with truck drivers and unloaders during receiving and shipping of Fresh and Frozen foods.
• Maintaining quality and temperature standards during transfer and storage.
• Following inventory control practices to meet company standards.
• Completing receiving, order, and shipping processes accurately.
• Maintaining sanitation standards within the building.
• Practicing 200% safety accountability.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Working in a temperature-controlled environment (34-55 degrees).

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer and technology skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance and work record.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pride in delivering quality work.
