LAUKOA is seeking a MEFPAK/PMI Program Manager & Medical Logistics SME to support the Air Mobility Command Surgeon General. This role leads PMI/MEFPAK program execution, contract personnel oversight, and global asset tracking, with focus on medical logistics readiness and life-cycle management.

Location is Scott AFB, IL. Responsibilities include advising on logistics planning, procurement, and MEFPAK processes, plus delivering briefings to AMC/SG stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading military medical logistics programs and PMI/MEFPAK activities.
• Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams across planning, acquisition, and sustainment.
• Familiarity with PMI asset tracking and DoD medical logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMI and MEFPAK program execution and manage contract personnel.
• Improve global PMI asset tracking and data management processes.
• Advise on medical logistics planning, resourcing, and materiel life-cycle management.
• Support DoD capability development and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and recommendations to AMC/SG stakeholders.
