Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a NPC/NPC-L Program & Exercise Logistics Manager stationed at Scott AFB, IL. You will oversee negatively pressurized assets, coordinate global transportation, and manage costs, risk, and program documentation for Aeromedical Evacuation missions.

Responsibilities include planning deployments, updating CONOPS/TTPs, tracking repair actions, and supporting AE/CCATT exercises and interagency coordination. Telework is not guaranteed and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD medical logistics and deployable systems.
• Ability to track transportation, costs, and risk across missions.
• Experience planning exercises and deployment concepts (CONOPS/TTPs).
• Current Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility and required Gov training.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPC/NPC-L readiness assets and suggest improvements.
• Plan global transportation, documentation, deployment, and repairs.
• Develop CONOPS, TTPs, METLs, UTC/METL inputs and deployment processes.
• Track costs, asset value, risk, and brief leadership.
• Support AE/CCATT exercises, working groups, and external coordination.
