What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage customer service and registration for attendees, exhibitors, and speakers
  2. Track, monitor, and report data related to meetings and events
  3. Design and build strategic registration websites and manage logistics
  4. Oversee on-site meeting management and post-meeting financial reconciliation
  5. Engage in organizational meetings and initiatives, contributing as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 0-2 years of related work experience
  2. 1-3 years of experience managing a specialized program
  3. Proficiency in event management software, particularly recent Cvent registration software
  4. Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Webex
  5. Knowledge or experience in accounting and financial management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Current Cvent Certification
  2. Prior experience in a meetings department or hotel/conference center
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and prioritization
  4. Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional evenings and weekends
  5. Previous meetings support experience in a non-profit or corporate environment
