Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Event Programs Manager to lead the planning and execution of enterprise meetings, forums, and workshops for audiences up to 600 participants. You will manage logistics, schedules, venues, catering, speakers, and attendee communications, ensuring flawless execution in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating virtual, in-person, and hybrid platforms, drafting executive materials, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience coordinating executive meetings, communications initiatives, events, or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US citizenship required)

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.

  • Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, and in‑person events.

  • Familiarity with audiovisual technologies and event production.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

  • Experience in a consulting, federal, or professional services environment.
