Job summary

BeaconOne Healthcare Partners in MetroWest Boston seeks a Manager or Senior Associate with 2-4+ years of life sciences consulting specializing in MedTech value and access. You will oversee research design, lead primary and secondary studies, and develop findings for client reports.

This hybrid, full-time role offers collaboration with global teams and exposure to payer policy, HTA, and market landscape across US and international markets, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of consulting experience in value, reimbursement and market access.
• Experience in MedTech value, reimbursement and market access.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting coding strategies (CPT and HCPCS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of research instruments, tools, and project plans.
• Lead primary and secondary research for MedTech reimbursement and market access.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative primary research with payers, physicians, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with colleagues across Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific to meet client objectives.
• Lead the development of findings and recommendations for client reports and presentations.
