Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Systems Implementation Lead & Project Manager in Raritan, NJ. You will drive data science projects within Ethicon R&D Advanced Evaluation, delivering data-driven insights and automated solutions to accelerate regulatory decisions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, and ensure compliance with Part 11/data integrity while mentoring junior staff and advancing DS initiatives across multiple labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (engineering, AI, CS, statistics, biostatistics, math) is required.
• 5+ years supporting GxP computerized systems in regulated environments (pharma/med device).
• Experience with both Agile and waterfall project management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead data aggregation and reporting across R&D, ensuring traceability from concept to publication.
• Direct cross-functional teams and manage external vendors to deliver high-impact DS projects.
• Develop automated data solutions to support testing and regulatory decisions across labs.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in a data-driven culture.
