A leading medical technology firm in Saint Paul is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to conduct outreach calls and engage with clients. This part-time position offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the industry. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant inside sales experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 20+ outreach calls per day from a provided contact list.
  • Present client products in a clear and professional manner.
  • Qualify prospects and capture interest for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all conversations in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team and marketing to ensure cohesive sales efforts.
