  • Meet daily and weekly outreach goals to drive sales success
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant inside sales experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with decision-makers
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
  • Comfortable with high call volume and speaking with decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
