Responsibilities
  • Conduct 20+ outreach calls per day to generate interest and set up new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with the field sales team and other internal departments for coordinated sales efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant inside sales experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
