  • Present client products clearly and professionally to potential leads

  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other internal departments

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant inside sales experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
  • Comfortable with high call volume and speaking with decision-makers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
  • Understanding that this is a temporary assignment with potential for extension
