What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct 20+ outreach calls daily from a provided contact list
  • Present client products clearly and professionally to prospects

  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations in a CRM/software
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and internal departments for coordinated sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant inside sales experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be beneficial but is not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
