What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct 20+ outreach calls daily from a provided contact list
- Present client products clearly and professionally to prospects
- Qualify leads and capture interest for follow-up by the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations in a CRM/software
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and internal departments for coordinated sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant inside sales experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be beneficial but is not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
- Understanding that this is a temporary assignment with potential for extension
