Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Inspector I to perform basic inspections and sorting of incoming materials, parts, and components within the MedTech operations. You will support the Operations group and document results meticulously, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality systems.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• 1 year or less in a manufacturing environment; medical device experience is a plus.
• Ability to use inspection gauges and microscopes; follow SOPs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of purchased parts according to defined criteria using visual, mechanical, and electrical measurements.
• Ability to perform visual inspection on large lot sizes under a microscope.
• Accurately document inspection and test results.
• Maintain all controlled documents and test records in a timely, accurate manner.
• Perform data entry into data systems.
