• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of medical devices and components according to procedures.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional testing using appropriate tools.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Assist in CAPA investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to address quality concerns and improve processes.
• Support audits by providing documentation and information as requested.
