Job summary

BD is seeking a Product Manager to define strategic and tactical initiatives for a key product on a global basis. Develop three-year strategic plans and annual marketing plans projecting growth, revenues, and profitability.

Lead product development with R&D and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive market adoption. The role requires onsite presence (Tempe, AZ) four days a week and up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in product management within medical device.
• Experience with market strategy and P&L responsibilities.
• Experience engaging key opinion leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D to develop a portfolio of product development projects aligned to strategy.
• Build relationships with customers/distributors and field sales personnel.
• Take an active role on product development teams as leader or participant.
• Communicate with domestic sales and global marketing entities.
• Forecast market size and sales volume; budget administration and P&L responsibility.
