Job summary

Terumo Europe NV is seeking a proactive Product Manager to drive therapy adoption and business growth across multiple distributor markets in a fast-evolving MedTech environment.

The role focuses on Endovascular Intervention therapies, building relationships with physicians, KOLs and distributors, and translating strategic priorities into market initiatives. Travel up to 40% within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Marketing and/or Product Management within MedTech.
• Exposure to Endovascular Intervention, Interventional Radiology or Interventional Oncology.
• Experience with product launches and market development initiatives.
• Experience in distributor-based or indirect market models is an advantage.
• Experience in multinational and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and therapy adoption across distributor markets.
• Execute regional marketing plans and support launches and activations.
• Develop KOL and educational programs with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
