Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational and manufacturing leadership experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (or 10 years leadership experience).
• Proven experience in strategic planning, operational execution, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet plant objectives, safety, quality and cost goals.
• Drive operational efficiency by monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
• Direct production activities to meet customer demands at maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
• Develop action plans for optimized utilization of employees, equipment, and materials.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions including financial analysis and basic modeling.
• Lead and enforce plant‑wide safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Address quality issues promptly and support continuous improvement of processes.
• Participate in annual budgeting, long‑term planning, and strategic operations.
• Drive P&L performance by evaluating costs, inventory, and quality results.
• Engage in CIP/OPEX initiatives to reduce cost and enhance performance.
• Harmonize manufacturing systems and share best practices cross‑site.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and staff across departments.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR to achieve goals.
