Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in validation methodologies and quality systems.
• Experience in medical devices or electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical expert for all manufacturing processes.
• Own and manage the Master Validation Plan and key validation documents.
• Drive production yield improvements through data-driven analysis.
