Job summary

ICR Healthcare is seeking an entry-level Investor Relations Associate to join its healthcare-focused practice in a hybrid role, ideally aligned with US Eastern time. The position involves researching financial, clinical, and market data to support private and public medical technology clients.

The role emphasizes producing client-facing deliverables, creating visual analyses, and contributing to earnings materials, investor presentations, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent written, editing, verbal, and visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Desire and dedication to develop and enhance skills and knowledge base.
• Strong interest in developing expertise in leveraging AI tools for business.
• Willingness to execute tasks independently, while proactively providing updates on progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for a team of two senior client managers delivering IR advisory services to medical technology clients.
• Conduct primary and secondary research on financial, capital markets and IR topics; synthesize findings and present recommendations.
• Update, edit, fact-check, and polish client-facing deliverables to be brand-aligned and client-ready.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks and maintain internal data files and calendars.
• Create and optimize investor-facing materials including PowerPoint presentations, press releases, and website content.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with visualizations.
• Schedule and host investor calls; transcribe and quantify investor responses and extract key takeaways.
• Develop business development / pitch materials for prospective clients.
• Support quarterly earnings reporting process and earnings call preparation.
