What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct 20+ outreach calls per day from a provided contact list
- Present client products clearly and professionally to potential clients
- Qualify prospects and capture their interest for follow-up by the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and interactions in a CRM system
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure coordinated sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of inside sales experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Understanding that this is a temporary assignment with potential for extension
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
