What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct 20+ outreach calls per day from the provided contact list
  • Present client products clearly and professionally
  • Qualify prospects and capture interest for follow-up by the sales team
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all conversations in a CRM system
  • Collaborate with the field sales team, marketing, and other internal departments for coordinated sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relative inside sales experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
  • Understanding that this is a temporary assignment with potential for extension
