Responsibilities
  • Conduct 20+ outreach calls per day from the provided contact list
  • Present client products clearly and professionally

  • Collaborate with the field sales team and other internal departments to ensure coordinated sales efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 3-5 years of relative inside sales experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) is helpful but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
  • Understanding that this is a temporary assignment with potential for extension
