Responsibilities
- Conduct 20+ outreach calls per day from the provided contact list
- Present client products clearly and professionally
- Qualify prospects and capture interest for follow-up by the sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and records of all conversations in a CRM/software
- Collaborate with the field sales team and other internal departments to ensure coordinated sales efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 3-5 years of relative inside sales experience in lieu of degree
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) is helpful but not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
- Understanding that this is a temporary assignment with potential for extension
