Responsibilities
- Conduct 20+ outreach calls per day from a provided contact list
- Present client products clearly and professionally to prospects
- Qualify prospects and capture their interest for follow-up by the sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and records of all conversations in a CRM
- Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while coordinating with internal departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant inside sales experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
- Comfortable with high call volume and speaking with decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) can be helpful but is not required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision
- Understanding that this is a temporary assignment with potential for extension
