Providence Medical Technology, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Global Operations and Quality to lead and integrate the Quality and Operations functions.

This executive will set strategic plans, align resources, and drive excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes. With 10+ years in the medtech sector in leadership roles, the candidate will manage cross-functional teams, develop KPIs, and build robust processes for

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in medical device manufacturing.
• 10+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in similarly regulated industries.
• Experience in spine and/or orthopedics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and align Quality and Operations to deliver strategic plans.
• Develop and implement KPI dashboards and business cases.
• Ensure regulatory compliance to FDA 21 CFR Part820, 21 CFR Part 1271, ISO 13485, MDR.
• Oversee manufacturing capabilities and supplier relationships for sustained production.
• Drive patient safety and product quality as core objectives.
