Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Depot Field Service Technician in California to support decommissioned medical devices, reconditioning, and equipment logistics. This full-time role is 40 hours per week.

You will receive units, organize worksheets and paperwork, transport instruments, clean and decontaminate per instructions, and prepare products for shipping. Must lift up to 50 lbs, wear PPE, and be able to commute locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must wear PPE in designated areas at all times.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods with walking and reaching.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering boxes or equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Commute locally to the Sacramento area.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming decommissioned units for reconditioning and organizes service worksheets and customer paperwork.
• Transports instruments within the service department and cleans/decontaminates per instructions.
• Warehouses returned products for reconditioning, evaluation and loaner requirements; processes waste materials.
• Packages service records and prepares shipping documents; prioritizes shipments based on customer needs.
• Stocks inventory in shipping area and maintains UPS equipment.
• Training for this role will be provided and paid.
