Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Epidemiology Operations, Planning and Strategy to lead the MedTech Epidemiology team’s operations, planning and strategic initiatives. You will build capabilities, coordinate global stakeholders, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance across programs.

You will develop annual goals, track performance and ROI, and create strategy materials for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating teams, leading budgets, and planning programs with strategic reporting.
• Strong writing/reporting skills; financial communication with SLT.
• PMI certification or project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations, Planning, and Strategy for the MedTech Epidemiology team.
• Coordinate global stakeholder communications and execution.
• Develop annual goals, end-of-year summaries, and ROI measures.
• Represent the team across J&J functions and strengthen partnerships.
