Job summary

EWOR is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in MedTech, translating strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and accelerating from prototype to production.

You will architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to enable rapid growth and a potential spin-off. Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote), you bring a high-agency builder mindset and strong English communication to collaborate with an elite team

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).

• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
