Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking an experienced MedSurg RN to provide bedside care for a variety of patients and to develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the medical team.

Responsibilities include preparing, administering, and recording medications, initiating actions for adverse symptomology, and performing dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts as needed. Night shift: 3x12 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as MedSurg RN preferred.
• Ability to respond to adverse symptoms promptly.
• Capable of bedside assessment and plan of care development.

Responsibilities

• MedSurg RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
• Initiate alternative action when adverse symptomology is displayed
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs when necessary
