Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a MedSurg RN to provide bedside care for a variety of patients and develop individualized care plans. You will prepare equipment, assist physicians during examinations and treatments, and document care. The role requires medication administration and patient monitoring, including IV starts and dressing changes.

Shift: 3x12 Nights. Ideal candidates will have MedSurg experience and be licensed to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a variety of patients and conduct individualized patient assessments to create care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
• Initiate action when adverse symptoms are displayed.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs when necessary.
