Responsibilities

• Provide bedside MedSurg RN care and assess patients to create an individualized plan of care.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examination and treatment.
• Administer, record, and monitor prescribed medications.
• Initiate actions when adverse symptomology is displayed.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
