Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: 19:00-07:00, Friday to Sunday
• Benefits: $10,000 sign-on bonus, 40 hours PTO upfront, weekend extra half pay

Job Summary

Collaborate with the healthcare team, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure safe and optimal patient outcomes. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families, direct support staff, and perform general nursing duties with critical thinking and minimal supervision. Work with diverse age groups including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure in Iowa, in good standing
• American Heart Association BLS certification (must be obtained within 3 months of hire)
• ACLS certification (per guidelines)
• Preferred: Nursing experience in acute care
• Effective communication skills in English, empathetic listening, tact, and kindness
• Basic computer skills and sound nursing judgment
